1. Order Processing Time
All of our products are handcrafted and made to order, which means each item is carefully produced individually for you.
Because of this, please allow 2 to 4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for order processing and production before shipment.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
After your order has been processed, standard shipping usually takes:

United States: 6–7 business days

International Orders: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance times)
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs inspections, or extreme weather conditions.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and package weight.
Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website when applicable.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier picks up the package.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For international shipments outside the United States, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If this occurs, please contact your local postal service or delivery carrier directly to open a claim.
We are happy to assist with documentation or tracking information to help with the process.
