2. Returns & Refunds — Important Notice
Dream Sphere products are functional electronic devices.
For this reason, returns are accepted only in cases of verifiable fault or error.
We do not accept returns based on:

“It’s too complicated for me”

“I don’t plan to use it”

“It doesn’t meet my expectations”

Difficulty using software or setup when instructions are provided
These are not valid reasons for a return or refund.
3. Valid Reasons for Return (Accepted Cases Only)
A return or refund will be considered only if one of the following applies:

The item arrived damaged due to transport

The item is defective and does not function under normal use

4. Warranty (90 Days)
All Dream Sphere devices include a 90-day limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:

Deletion or modification of internal files

Software misuse

Formatting errors

Damage caused by third-party software

Normal wear and tear
Resolution (repair, replacement, or refund) will be decided by us after technical review.
5. Return Conditions (If Approved)
If a return is approved:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

The device must be free of scratches, marks, or signs of use
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be rejected.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Shipping costs are non-refundable

We do not reimburse additional costs (customs, priority shipping, handling fees)
Only returns due to confirmed product defect or shipping error may qualify for covered shipping.
7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days

Banks may take up to 15 additional business days
8. EU Consumer Rights (Clarification)
EU customers retain their statutory rights.
However, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

Fraudulent or unjustified disputes will be contested.
•Holiday Delivery Disclaimer (Seasonal Demand)
During peak seasons such as Christmas and major holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control.
Dream Sphere fulfills and dispatches all orders within the estimated processing and shipping times stated on our website.
Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or seasonal congestion do not constitute a product fault.
Therefore, returns or refunds will not be accepted solely because an order did not arrive before a specific holiday or event.
By placing an order during peak periods, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
